"Blazing Trails and Moving Mountains, Educating All Our Children & Youth" The 2007 NAEHCY Conference will focus on ensuring that every child and youth experiencing homelessness is successful - academically, personally and socially.

Who should attend:  local homeless education liaisons, state homeless education coordinators, homeless service providers, educators, child welfare providers and advocates, policy makers - and all who care about ensuring school academic achievement and the overall success for children and youth whose lives have been disrupted by the lack of safe, permanent, and adequate housing.

Registration Fees: $390/Member, and $440/Non-Member.  After October 18, 2007 registration will increase by $25. Membership is $40 per person, so save $10 by signing as a member, and add your membership dues to the registration. Membership to be renewed annually. Pre-conference (Saturday, November 10th) is an additional $125. 

The Conference will be held at the Oregon Civic Center.  The Conference hotel is the Doubletree Lloyd Center, where the Pre-Conference (Saturday, November 10, will be held).  As of September 24, 2007 our block at the Doubletree is 99% filled, and the overflow hotels are the Holiday Inn-Portland Downtown, and the Red Lion, both in the downtown area.  Use links below for contact information.
