Course fee for each location is $595 for early bird, $695 for late.  Attendees will receive the course syllabus (in PDF format) approximately 5 days prior to the course they are registered to attend.  Please print and bring this will you to Boot Camp.  Attendees will also receive a CD ROM of all the forms/templates we review.  The course also includes continental Breakfast each day and lunch on on the first day of the course.
