Workshop Overview

Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD, teaches each workshop and introduces the participants to a communication process called Nonviolent CommunicationSM (NVC).

Participants will learn about the four-step process during discussion, question and answer, as well as  role-playing interactions. Participants will present their own personal related communication challenges. Dr. Rosenberg will assist participants in using the NVC model to facilitate resolution of conflicts where all parties needs are valued.  Themes covered with include "creating person awareness and change for yourself", teaching NVC to kids, restorative justice, mediation, parenting and social change.  Marshall will play his guitar and sing his songs.  Multiple day attendance both enriches and reinforces learning.
