This program is designed to increase the knowledge of clinical dietitians regarding Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients in the late stages of Chronic Kidney Disease and for those on dialysis.

Participants will be eligible for 6 continuing professional units (CPEUs) for completion of this program.

Registration Fees:        $85 for pre-registration/$75 for students
                                      $100 for on site registration (if seating allows)

Registration fee includes program material, continental breakfast and lunch
