A Structured Approach For BPM Project Success helps organizations guarantee BPM project success by ensuring they start off on the right foot, with the correct organizational context.

This is about much more than how to run a BPM Project (although it does incorporate that). It provides delegates with:

- A structure on which approaches or tactic to adopt in the very wide range of workshops and stakeholder engagements that are part of the BPM Success story
Delegates work on their current projects throughout the course (in assignment mode), getting to the stage where they can present their own conclusions on what is needed for success.
