Community Bible Study's  Leadership Training!

The Online Registration Form must be completed by each CBS Training Candidate.  The form consists of two parts which will be completed and submitted separately.

Part I is to be completed along with the Personal Profile given to you by your Regional or Area Director.  Part I requests personal information only.

Part II is to be completed AFTER an Acceptance for Training letter is received via email from the National Service Center.  Part II requests personal transportation information to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
