For Conference registration before August 2, 2008, the Conference fee is $350.00. Registration MUST be paid by August 1 to receive this rate. If not paid you will be billed for the late Conference fee of $450.00. There will be no exceptions.

Spouses may register for a fee of $150.00 and attend all conference functions.

For Exhibitor registration before August 2, 2008, the Exhibitor fee is $650.00. Registration MUST be paid by August 1 to receive this rate. If not paid you will be billed for the late Exhibitor fee of $700.00. There will be no exceptions.
