As companies continue to expand their presence and equity plans internationally, operational controls have become an area of increasing focus. Andrea Kagan and James Bowtell of Deloitte and Joan Taylor of HBOS will discuss the various controls that can be implemented in order to monitor domestic and global equity program operations and safeguard against undue financial, reputational and operational risk.

Additionally, we will discuss some recent global legislative changes affecting equity plans in France, Italy and the UK and offer some practical controls suggestions to help companies address the changing regulations.
