This half-day conference will ask the critical question, who really benefits from securities class action lawsuits? Hosted by the U
.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform and the National Chamber Foundation, the forum will evaluate the impact of the current securities class action framework on plaintiffs, companies, and other key stakeholders in securities lawsuits, with an eye towards reform.
Senator Christopher Dodd will deliver the keynote address.
Registration and breakfast will be from 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. The program and lunch will run from 9:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
