Competitiveness Forum
Featuring
Mark Fields, President, The Americas, Ford Motor Company

In his speech,
Innovating to Win: How the U.S. Auto Industry Can Survive—and Thrive—in a Competitive Global Economy, Mark Fields, Ford’s President of the Americas, will address how U.S. auto companies are fundamentally rethinking how they do business—in the U.S. and globally—in the face of ever-increasing competition from foreign companies, mounting legacy costs and surging fuel prices. He will discuss how embracing a customer-centric business model by spurring innovation in bold design, the use of alternative energy sources, and safety features will be critical to their success as American automakers’ once-dominant position is challenged by numerous competitors.

Registration and breakfast will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The program will follow from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Watch the live webcast on June 14 at 9:30 a.m.
