Refund/Cancellation Policy: The registration fee will be refunded if you cancel prior to 5/8/07. After that time, no refunds will be made for cancellation. Cancellation requests must be mailed, faxed or emailed by 5/8/07. No telephone cancellations are accepted. Partial or full fees that have been forfeited will not be applied to subsequent events.

Payments: All registration fees must be paid in US Dollars. Make checks payable to Washington State University. VISA/MasterCard are also accepted. Full payment must be made prior to attendance of the event. Registrations must be completed (one registrant per form) with full payment by the stated deadlines to be accepted at the applicable rate.
No PO Payments: WSU Extension Meetings and Events no longer accepts purchase orders, however, you may use the check payment option, print an invoice and give it to your finance department to process against your PO#. They will mail a check to us.
