Cancellation Policy: If received in writing or email by 5pm, Wed, Feb. 25, conference participants will receive a full refund. However, you may assign someone to attend in your place at anytime, with no penalty. (This does not include the Suppliers Showcase – no refunds after January 30th, 2009)
