Early Bird Registration is $65 and must be received by September 5, 2008. All registrations received after September 6th should be in the amount of $95. Registration fees are not refundable. On site registration will be accepted; breakfast, however, may not be guaranteed for on-site registrants. A change of your registration to another venue will incur a $20 administrative fee. Your registration will not be processed without payment.
