Pre-Summit Learning Institutes Summit IV will be preceded by two, half-day Learning Institutes. They will be held simultaneously from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on June 3, just prior to the Summit's 1:00 p.m. opening session. There is no additional cost for the Learning Institutes, but pre-registration is required. Space is limited. Evidence-Based Practice and Practice-Based Evidence is targeted to consumers and providers of HIV services and is designed to build the capacity of community members to particpate more actively in the design, guidance, and interpretation of research. Methods and Measures in Housing and Health Research is targeted to health, homelessness, and housing researchers and is designed to provide a unique forum for researchers to examine and discuss methodological issues, outcomes measures, and funding mechanisms.
