**To qualify for group registration, at least four individuals from the same organization must register for the full conference and pay in one lump sum through the Group Payment Form. You must submit the group payment application form prior to registering. The conference office will issue an access code to each member of your group after we have received payment.  Each registrant will be required to enter their access code in order to register.
