This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through The University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine.


The University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.


The  University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 32.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 32.5 Prescribed Credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

American Osteopathic Association credit may be claimed up to 32.5 Category 2-A hours.

AAPA accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for Category 1 credit from AOACCME, Prescribed credit from AAFP, and AMA PRA Category 1 Credit TM from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.  Physician assistants may receive a maximum of 32.5 hours of Category 1 Credit for completing this program.
