*CIHs: Certification maintenance (CM) points have been approved by ABIH.  The Iowa Governor's Safety & Health Conference has been approved for 0.4 points per half day.  The ABIH approval number is: 09-3724.

*Nurses: CEU recording fee of $10.00 per day is payable by check to:  “St Anthony Education Services”
