CrossFit Springfield and CrossFit Valley Park are proud to host our 1st Annual Heart of America CrossFit Team Challenge. This competition will be a team format exactly like the 2009 CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup. 

VERY IMPORTANT
-This competition will offer scaled workouts. You need to specify which category your team will be placed. Generally, if your team can follow CrossFit HQ WOD's and/or follow 2009 CrossFit Games WOD's, you will be prescribed. We hope everyone can use good judgement in making the decision but we also expect lots of questions so feel free to call or e-mail us and we will be glad to help.

•  Your affiliate may register more than 1 team.
•  Each team will consist of 4-6 individuals.
•  4 Individuals (2 male and 2 female) will compete in each event.
•  There will be 2 events on Saturday and 1 event on Sunday.
•  We will be e-mailing each team with a detailed agenda for entire event.
•  Please take time to e-mail us with your team Bio. You can include photots, benchmark WOD times, 1 rep.     max. lifts, and any other information to tell us who you are.
•  Please check in periodically to find updates to the event at: CrossFit Valley Park or CrossFit Springfield
