All tours operate rain or shine.  Should inclement weather make it impossible to operate a tour as sold, NXTevent reserves the right to make comparable substitutions as necessary.  Cancellation of tours by operator will result in a complete refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

Refund requests must be received in writing no later than Friday, March 26, 2010. If you cancel on or before March 26, 2010,there will be a $25.00 tour cancellation fee per person, per tour for cancellation.  After March 26, there are no refunds.

Refund requests should be sent by fax, mail or email to NXTevent.  Refunds will be sent within two weeks of the close of the Annual Conference.

NXTevent and RIMS reserve the right to cancel tours for failure to meet minimum participant requirements.  Some activities can accommodate a limited number of participants and requests will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Cancellation of tours by NXTevent and RIMS will result in a complete refund.
