About the Northwest Regional Critical Access Hospital Conference
The 2010 conference will bring together administrators, chief financial officers, business office managers and billing personnel, chief nursing officers, quality improvement staff, and clinicians from throughout the Northwest region to share, plan, and maximize the opportunities offered under the Critical Access Hospital status.

About the Northwest Regional Rural Health Conference
The Northwest Regional Rural Health Conference—incorporating Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska—celebrates its 23rd year in 2010. The conference always strives to stay abreast of the current policy and regulatory developments at the federal, regional, state, and local levels that impact health care delivery. This conference is the largest rural health conference in the region and draws more than 250 attendees, plus exhibitors.

Conference Location
The conference will be held at the Red Lion Hotel at the Park in Spokane, WA. The Red Lion is located centrally in the downtown area and provides easy access to a wide variety of shopping, eateries, and cultural activities. Exhibitor On-Site Arrival & Registration
The official opening of the exhibit hall for attendees will be on March 23, 2010, 10:00 a.m. Exhibitors are expected to set up between 4-6:00 p.m. on March 22 or 7-9:00 a.m. on March 23 for both conferences. Closing of the exhibit hall for exhibitors will be 4:00 p.m. on March 24. Exhibitors are encouraged not to break down exhibits prior to this time.  Exhibitor registration packets will be available at the hotel on Monday, March 22, 4-6:00 p.m. and Tuesday, March 23, 7-9:30 a.m.

Exhibit Schedule & Door Prizes
The exhibit hall is open 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. March 23, and 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m March 24. Regular breaks are scheduled each day to provide an opportunity for participants and exhibitors to meet. Opportunities to give away door prizes will be available. More information will be available at the conference office.

Standard exhibitor registration costs $400 and includes one booth for both days (March 23 & 24 only), lunch on both days, and one (1) full attendee registration to both conferences. Please select the Standard Exhibitor Registration below to proceed.
