Welcome to the HPL application.  Please note that if you do not complete the application during your first session, you can
save it and will receive a username and a password to get back into the application at a later date. 

The application requires the following pieces that you may submit through the online application or, if more convenient,
by email (Becca.Mahoney@du.edu) or fax (303) 871-4260:

1.  A professional resume
2.  A recommendation from your supervisor
3.  A writing sample:  
Please write a short essay (250 words maximum) outlining your professional/personal/educational goals
as they relate to this program, and comment on what you will add to the classroom environment, if accepted.
4.  Unofficial undergraduate transcripts (if taking the program for academic credit).
