CrossFit Kids Certification Seminar.
An interactive weekend on the specifics of teaching CrossFit to Kids and Teens.
Learn child specific cues for the primary CrossFit movements, scaling, progressions,
and drills.
Also covered are:
Neurological Development as it relates to Exercise and Kids, Weightlifting and Kids,
Health & Safety, Programming, Teaching styles, How to structure a Kids class, and
CrossFit Kids Games. Techniques and methods to overcome the unique challenges presented when teaching the CrossFit methodology to kids. Programming concepts for Affiliates, teachers, coaches and others.
Certification is held at CrossFit Kids in Ramona, CA.

* Completion of CrossFit Level 1 Certification is required before taking this course.
Note: You may register for a CrossFit Kids Certification Seminar if you have not yet
completed but have a Confirmed Registration in an upcoming CF Level 1 Certification.
Additionally, to protect the kids, passing a criminal background check performed by CFK
is required before Certificate will be Issued. There is a $50.00 fee for this background check.

Your fees will be $595 + $50 for the background check. Please place a $250 deposit to secure your spot. You can continue to make payments as long as your balance is paid in full three weeks prior to the certification or you will forfeit your spot.
