On-site registrations will not be permitted.

A photo ID will be required for admittance to the Coast Guard Acadamy. If you are driving a personal vehicle onto the Coast Guard Academy, you will also be required to demonstrate proof of registration and insurance. Additionally, according to federal regulations, your vehicle will be subject to possible search.
APS provides the opportunity for its student attendees to submit for reimbursement of personal expenses related to participating in/attending the workshop. Each student participant can be reimbursed for personal expenses totaling up to a maximum amount of $100. For additional information read the reimbursement award criteria. U.S. citizens and permanent residents applying for reimbusement submit only the reimbursement form and non-U.S. citizens submit the reimbursement form and the tax form W-8BEN.

Event cost will be $70.00 for non-members and $65.00 for members of either APS or AAPT. The Friday evening buffet style banquet will be $43.00 per person and will be followed by a presentation by The Honorable Harrison Schmitt.
Credit cards will be the only accepted method for payment. Credit card information will be collected along with all other registration information by selecting the "Register Now" button above.
