Advance Registration
The deadline for submitting an advance registration is May 13, 2007. Registration fees are payable online by credit card. Payment made by all other methods is due upon receipt of an online invoice. All advance registrations must be paid in full on or before May 13, 2007. Space cannot be guaranteed for any advance registration not paid in full by this date. If you are unable to finalize your plans or make payment in advance, you may still register on a space-available basis at the on-site registration desk which will be staffed during the conference hours.
Registration Fees
Early registration fees are valid only for registrations which are paid in full on or before April 9, 2007. The higher late registration fees will apply to any payment received after April 9, regardless of when the registration was submitted.

*This fee is only available to current ORC students. If your status as an ORC student cannot be confirmed, you will be required to pay the full participant registration fee.
*Graduate students from other institutes may be eligible for a special registration discount. Please contact lrose@mit.edu for further information on this discount. Discount must be approved prior to submitting a registration.
What's Included
Participant: all sessions, all materials, one ticket to the Welcome Dinner at the Boston Marriott Cambridge on May 22, all coffee breaks and lunch on May 23.
ORC Student: all sessions, all materials, all coffee breaks and lunch on May 23. This does not include a ticket to the Welcome Dinner. A ticket to the dinner may be purchased for an additional $65.
Welcome Dinner Ticket Only: one non-refundable ticket to the dinner at the Boston Marriott Cambridge on May 22.
On-site Registration/Information Desk
Registration will be open on Tuesday, May 22 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm during the Welcome Dinner at the Boston Marriott Cambridge Hotel. Registration on Wednesday, May 23 will begin at 7:30 am in the Tang Center and will be open for the duration of the event.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations received on or before May 13, 2007 are subject to a refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 13. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. Dinner tickets are non-refundable. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. No cancellations can be made online after May 13. If you would like to cancel after that date, please contact Conference Services directly at 617-253-1700 or at conferences-www@mit.edu.
Parking
On weekdays, there is no public parking available on the MIT campus. The closest public parking available is at the Boston Marriott Cambridge Hotel in Kendall Square, or at the Hotel at MIT, located off Massachusetts Avenue on 20 Sidney Street. There is also a small public lot on the corner of Vassar Street and Massachusetts Avenue (http://whereis.mit.edu/map-jpg?selection=P16&Parking=go). Rates for parking in the vicinity of MIT are in the $25 per day range.
