A revolution is underway in today's organizations.  Companies around the world are boldly leading the change from dead-end "business as usual" tactics to transformative strategies that are essential for creating a flourishing, sustainable world.  Dr. Senge and his co-authors reveal in The Necessary Revolution, how individuals and organizations are working together to create a sustainable world.  Dr. Peter Senge's topic will be Revolutionary Leadership for a Sustainable World.  Dr. Senge's special interest is on decentralizing the role of leadership in organizations to enhance the capacity of all people to work productively toward common goals.
 
The Leadership Speaker Series is designed to offer state agency leaders an opportunity to stay current with latest best practices and practical management tips and techniques.  We encourage managers, supervisors and other change agents in your agency to attend this event.

Cost: $145

Cancellation Date:  September 30, 2008
Agencies will be charged for all cancellations received after September 30th.  Substitutions will be accepted up to the day of the event.
