Early bird registration ends on July 15, 2012. All payments and registrations need to be collected before this date.

Late registration begins on September 16, 2012.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to iti@mci-group.com or by fax to +1-905-602-9052.  Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt in writing.

All cancellations are subject to a CAD $50 processing fee.  Refunds for meeting registration fees minus the CAD $50 processing fee will be given only if written notice of cancellation is received no later than July 15, 2012.  A 50% refund minus the CAD $50 processing fee will be issued if written notice is received between July 16, 2012 and August 31, 2012.  Refund requests after September 1, 2012 will not be granted, including requests based on absence due to illness, late arrival, weather and/or parking difficulties.

ITI is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances.  In the event of a cancellation by ITI, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.

Host Hotel Information

Hotel rooms are being held only at the Westin Harbour Hotel. The special ITI Congress Canada room rate for Congress attendees is CAD 229 (per room).   Breakfast is available at the congress to attendees as part of the congress package.

To get this special rate, please refer to the ITI Corporate Group Code: III20A. All attendees are responsible for making their own room reservation.

If registering for the congress by fax, please remember to make a room reservation as well. MCI Group and ITI Congress Canada are unable to accept any accommodation bookings on behalf of delegates.

The deadline for the reduced room rate is August 28, 2012. Any reservations called in after that date may be honored at the reduced rate pending availability.

• Rates are per room per night in Canadian dollars and exclude HST
• Room numbers are limited so please ensure you book well before August 28, 2012
• If a third party is covering the hotel charges,  please provide the hotel with a letter from the third party stating which charges are included, e.g. accommodation only, meals, mini bar, phone, fax, internet, laundry, all charges, etc.
• A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by the hotel upon check-out
• Cancellations and alterations need to be made directly with the hotel and may incur penalties
• Guests wishing to cancel or alter bookings after 16.00 hours (EDT) on August 28, 2012 should contact the hotel directly. These as well as “no-shows” may incur penalties at the hotel’s discretion, possibly up to 100% of the accommodation stay.
• Check-in prior to 14.00 hours is not guaranteed and is at the hotel’s discretion.  Should you wish to guarantee early check-in you must book and pay for the previous night at the time of booking.
• Hotels will require an imprint of your credit card at check-in for any incidentals
• If you wish to check in after 17.00 hours, you must advise the hotel of your arrival time to avoid a “no-show” room release penalty

** To benefit from a Post-graduate Student fee, it is necessary to provide a signed letter of confirmation on official school stationary from the department chair or dean.  Please send this letter by email to iti@mci-group.com.

All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD), including 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).

Straumann Event
Straumann Canada will be providing transportation to and from the Straumann Party on Friday September 21, 2012, departing from the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel.

Buses will depart the hotel at 6:45 pm and arrive back between 10:30 - 11:00 pm.

Parking is available onsite for $20.00 CAD.
