A group discount is available for 5 or more persons from the same company.  you may register and link all registrations to your 1st registration (payment will be billed to only 1 credit card for the whole group) or you can register each person individually (if paying individually).  If you want to link all registrations together, you will have the opportunity to add additional group members via a link at the bottom of the Lodging page or from your Confirmation page.  If you choose to link the registrations together, the group discount will be reflected when the final fees are charged.  If you choose to make separate registrations, we will provide you a separate refund of the fee difference after your registration is completed.

The registration fee for groups of 5 or more from one company is $1,495.  This discount will be applied once all members of the group are registered and eligibility is verified.
