Select member type:

1. Individual (Active/Additional Active/Associate/Retired) Details
   Individual Active Membership - $75
   Chief of Department (department must have 30 or more staff) and any Chief Officer Rank of a regularly organized Fire Department officially recognized by the State Fire Marshal’s Office. Active members shall be entitled to vote on all matters requiring a vote unless otherwise prohibited by the Constitution and By-Laws and shall be entitled to hold elective office.
   
   Additional Active Membership - $50
   Additional Chiefs of any rank within a department of 30 or more staff members, after first two (2) chief ranking officials of the same department have signed up.
   
   Associate - $50
   Associate Membership shall include individuals interested in the protection of life and property from fire. This also includes all members of a department with 30 or more emergency responders who are not the Fire Chief or a Chief Officer. Associate Members shall be entitled to participate fully in the affairs of the Association, with the exception of holding elected office and voting privileges.
   
   Retired Active - FREE
   Retired Active Membership shall include only Active Members who have retired from the Fire Service after ten (10) consecutive years, as members of the IFCA. Retired Active Members shall be entitled to participate fully in the affairs of the Association, with exception of holding elective office. Retired Active Membership may be obtained by application to and certification from the Board of Directors.
   
   
   For departments with less than 30 emergency responders, the Fire Chief and one (1) Assistant / Deputy Chief will be identified as active members who will have voting rights. All others of that department will be considered to have Departmental Membership.
   
2. Departmental (Combination/Volunteer) Details
   Departmental Membership (Combination/Volunteer) - $100
   Departmental Membership shall be comprised of each additional member beyond the Fire Chief and (1) Assistant/Deputy Chief of a department with less than 30 emergency responders. Departmental Members shall be entitled to participate fully in the affairs of the Association with the exceptions of holding elective office and voting privileges. The Fire Chief and one (1) Assistant / Deputy Chief of each department will have voting rights. All other members will be considered associate members. 
   
3. Corporate/Sponsor Details
   Corporate Membership - $500
   Includes companies or other agencies that support Indiana Fire Professionals with equipment, services and materials.
   
   The IFCA also offers sponsorship and advertising opportunities to help you promote valuable information about your industry.  Sponsorship includes Corporate Membership.  You will have the chance to view our sponsorship and advertising opportunities later in this form.
   

   • Your company employees will be members in the association. Corporate Members are entitled to participate fully in the affairs of the organization receiving all benefits of membership with the exception of holding elective office or voting rights.
   • Company name and contact information listed in the Corporate Directory on website for 12 months. 
   • Corporate Membership Certificate
4. Invoiced Members Details
   The Invoiced Members option is available for existing members (Active/Associate), with more than 30 emergency responders in their department, who have received an invoice via post and do not need to make any substantial changes to their membership information, just renew their membership.
   
   Please look over your invoice carefully and confirm that all is in order before selecting this option. You will have the opportunity to make a few changes to your invoice later in this form.
   
5. Invoiced Departmental Members Details

   The Invoiced Departmental Members option is available for existing departmental members, with less than 30 emergency responders in their department, who have received an invoice via post and do not need to make any substantial changes to their membership information, just renew their membership.
   
   Please look over your invoice carefully and confirm that all is in order before selecting this option.
   
   You will have the opportunity to add membership for up to three (3) people in your department, cancel existing members and add/remove members from IFCA sections and committees.
   
   If you wish to add more than three (3) people to your existing departmental membership, you must choose "Departmental" as your Member Type.  Note that you will not qualify for departmental membership if the total number of departmental members exceeds 30.
