For Faculty/Staff registering a whole group

The first name and email entered should be that of the faculty or staff member from your school who will be attending the festival. This person will receive the master confirmation email and will be able to add or remove names from the registration. Even if the form is being filled out by an administrative assistant, the primary faculty member’s name and email should be entered.
If you registered online for the festival last year, the system will recognize you by your email address. Please enter your password and proceed. If you have forgotten your password, you will be prompted to reset it.
- It
will be easiest, when entering the primary faculty member’s address, to use
the school’s address.
- After the information for the primary faculty member is entered, additional names may be added to the registration list. The form will auto-fill successive address information. We do not need each student’s home address. The school address that auto-fills will be OK for registration purposes. You do not need to enter a password for successive registrations during the primary session. You can add or update later with the master email address and password.
- If your students will need transportation during the festival, AND they are staying at a WEST AREA HOTEL (Hawthorn Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, I Hotel & Conference Center), you may purchase a shuttle pass for each person on the merchandise page. We will only guarantee transport for those passes purchased in advance.
- Everyone who gets registered, including
students, will receive a confirmation email and will be able to view your
school’s receipt. If payment was made by credit card, the first four and last four
digits of the card will be included on the receipt. (1234********5678)
However, no other information will be seen on the receipt. Our system is
very secure!
- For online
registrations, we accept Visa or MasterCard. To pay with institutional
check, click the "View Invoice" box and print or email an
invoice. Checks must mailed to arrive BEFORE

- If you want students to pay their own registration
fees, then they must register for themselves.
- Badges will be given to the first person from the school that arrives at the festival registration desk.
- Please use the
school’s address, not your home address
- Be sure to spell out your school name completely. Do not use an abbreviation.
- If
you will need transportation during the festival, please
purchase a shuttle pass for each person on the merchandise page. We will
