7. New Director - Fee Waived-Prior Approval Details
  
  This registration type is for Year 1 New Directors who participated in the New Director Training offered at the Fall MACAE conference, AND have successfully completed the New Director Online Training located on the MAEPD website. Registrations will be verified.
8. Exhibitor - One Table: $325.00 Details
  
  One 8' display table, electrical outlet, and internet connection. Display table includes exhibitor registration for conference (includes conference registration, meals and sponsorship of opening reception on April 25, 2012).
9. Exhibitor - Two Tables: $515.00 Details
  
  Includes one additional 8' table.

If there are fees involved with this event, the fees for all registrants in the group will be added together and charged to the first person in the group. If different members of the group are paying individually (for example with different credit cards), you must answer No to this question and create separate registrations for each.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation refunds after April 1, 2012. However, another staff member may take your place with the provision of appropriate documentation.

NOTE: Each registration is for one attendee only.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing by April 1, 2012. A $50.00 service charge will be deducted from each refund requested. Refunds will be issued within 30 days following the conference.
