Convention pricing is per CE Hour as follows:
AMTA-NC Member pay $18 / hour
Non AMTA-NC Member pay $25 / hour
Students pay $20 per class

Thank you for your interest in attending this year's AMTA-NC 2012 Annual Convention.

Online registration closes March 1, but on-site registration will be available for a $50 fee on top of your applicable fees. We cannot guarantee availability of classes with on-site registration.

You are more than welcome (and encouraged) to come and visit the vendor hall, socials and two business meetings if you do not want to attend classes or the classes you wanted sold out.

Please check with your unit coordinator about other educational opportunities in your area this summer!

The next convention will be The National AMTA convention in RALEIGH, NC October 3-6, 2012, save the date!

You will have the opportunity to add additional group members later in the registration process. If there are fees associated with this event, the total fees for all registrants in the group will be charged to the first person in the group. If members of the group are paying individually (for example, with different credit cards), you must create separate registrations for each.

Early Registration is due FEBRUARY 8.

A late fee of $25 will be added to registrations received between 2/9 and 2/29.
Registration closes March 1.

You may register on site for an additional on site fee of $50 on a first come basis. We cannot guarantee classes at time of convention.

Dates to Remember:
February 8: Early Registration
2/9 - 2/29: Late Registration, $25 fee applies to all
March 1: REGISTRATION CLOSES (on site registration will be available ($50 fee applies to all) but class availability cannot be guaranteed.)
February 9: You must mention being with AMTA-NC to Hampton Inn & Suites by 2/9/12 in order to get the special room rate of $72/night + tax. Lodging needs are the responsibility of all attendees.
