Sponsored by the Hawaii Public Health Training Hui (PHTH) and CALPACT in cooperation with Hawaii State DOH Public Health Nursing Division.
The same training was offered this past summer. You may register by filling in your email and creating a password below. You will be asked to answer some registration questions.
This training will be held at the Hawaii State Laboratory Auditorium with VTC (Video Tele-Conferencing) to the Neighbor Islands. If you would like to participate via VTC, please register below (scroll to the bottom of this page for the locations and number of seats available on your Island).
Check-in starts at 8:30 am and training runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The parking at this location is free. Lunch will NOT be provided and we encourage you to bring your own brown bag.
