Fee schedule below is per day. On the agenda page of your registration you may select both Thursday and Friday to create a 2-day workshop pass.

Workshop fees include Thursday breakfast, lunch, morning & afternoon breaks, Friday breakfast, lunch, morning & afternoon breaks, and digital Proceedings for all workshops.

Hotel accommodations are available at a discounted symposium rate at the Westin San Francisco Airport. Rooms can be booked at the end of the registration process. Since rooms are available on a first-come, first-served limited basis, we suggest you make your reservations early! (The Westin St. Francis is sold out.)

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations will be accepted until April 27, 2012, and are subject to a processing fee of $100. There will be no refunds issued after April 27, 2012.

A valid email address is required to complete your registration.  All event communications will be sent via email including confirmations, receipts, reminders and updates.
