Pre-registration is required as limited seating is available. Please register using the HALO Attendee (Daily), selecting the appropriate day (Monday-Friday) after you have completed your primary registration.

The 2012 HALO Counter-Terrorism Summit is an approved training event under the Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) and the Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) in the state of California. State and local law enforcement and first responders may be eligible for UASI or HSGP grant funding to attend the event and should contact their local grant managers/training officers for UASI or HSGP funding. The UASI Program dedicates funding support to select high-threat, high-density urban areas in order to address their unique multi-discipline planning, organization, equipment, training, and exercise needs in building and sustaining capabilities to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from threats or acts of terrorism.
