Services Blueprinting is a versatile and practical technique used for service improvement and innovation that allows you to clearly visualize your service processes and delivery from the customer’s point of view. The online course will leverage video modules, discussion boards, hands on exercises and quizzes to help participants to learn and apply the technique. Each course takes place over four weeks, and participants should plan on investing 6-8 hours total in each course. To maximize the value, participants are encouraged to spread the work evenly over the entire course.
