Tables are $7500, $5000, $2500 or $1500 (amount varies by table location)
Seats are $150 per seat and only available at select tier 4 tables
If you require a vegetarian option, please make note in the "special needs" box on the bottom of the registration page.
"Guest of Attendee" are individuals sitting at a pre-purchased table (not those wishing to purchase individual seats).
