Regular Registration: $650.00  (until October 4, 2013)
** A $50 late fee will be applied to all registrations received after October 4, 2013.

Bringing a spouse? If you would like your spouse to attend the dinner events of the summit, you'll be prompted at registration to add them on for an additional $250 fee.
