3. Nurse/Endoscopy assistant: $400.00 Details
  
  Nurses and endoscopy assistants will attend all the lectures and demonstrations, but will not have hands-on experience driving bronchoscopes in the laboratories.
  
  The total for the course is $500. There is a non-refundable $100 registration fee that is included in the total.

Nurses/endoscopy assistants will be observers in the laboratory sessions, and will not receive hands-on experience driving bronchoscopes.
