1. WPSC Non-Member: $400.00
2. WPSC Member: $250.00 Details
  
  Member status will be verified by Staff. Upon verification of Member status, your registration will be confirmed.
  Early Bird registration is $200, and expires on March 15, 2013.
  After March 15, Member registration is $250.
3. WPSC Speaker Details
  
  Speaker registrations will be approved by Staff, which may cause a short delay in receiving confirmation e-mails.
4. WPSC Sponsor Details
  
  Sponsor registrations will be approved by Staff, which may cause a short delay in receiving confirmation emails.
5. WPSC Poster Presenters: $150.00 Details
  
  Poster Presenter registrations will be approved by Staff. This may cause a delay in receiving confirmation emails.
  Remember, only one discounted registration per poster is accepted.
6. WPSC Students: $150.00 Details
  
  Students will be required to mail, scan (amarshall@qualityhealth.org), or fax (206-682-3739) proof of CURRENT, FULL-TIME status as a student at an accredited college or university in order to qualify for this special discount.

Our online registration tool will allow you to sign up more than one person on the same transaction. The fees for all registrants in the group will be added together and charged to the first person that you register in the group.
