1. General Attendee Details
   General Attendee are participants attending the meeting with their own funds. Some general attendees may be speaking during working group sessions.
   
   General Attendees Requiring Travel Assistance are participants who are not able to attend the workshop without receiving some travel funds from CESM. Some may be speaking during working group sessions. We are typically able to offer lodging and ground transportation for a number of participants. Because the number of requests always exceeds available funding, we ask that requests for travel support only be made if you are not able to otherwise attend. All requests for travel funding must be received by Friday, April 5, 2013 for consideration.
   
   CAB Members, SSC Members, and Working Group Co-chairs are members of the CESM Advisory Board, Scientific Steering Committee, and Co-chairs of CESM's working groups.  (CGD staff members who fit this category should register as this type of participant.)  If you are not a member of one of these groups, you should not register in this group.
   
   Plenary Speakers are participants who will be making presentations to the full workshop audience. (If you are speaking at one of the working group sessions only, please register as a general attendee or general attendee requiring travel assistance.)
   
   CGD Staff (General) are NCAR staff members in the Climate and Global Dynamics Division where the CESM project is housed.  These staff members have their own funds and do not need to apply for travel assistance to attend the workshop.  Please Note:  Staff who are CAB members, SSC members, or Working Group Co-chairs should register under the appropriate category.
   
   CGD Staff Requiring Travel Assistance are NCAR staff members in the Climate and Global Dynamics Division who do not have their own program funds to attend the workshop and need CESM travel funds to be able to attend the workshop.  All requests for travel funding must be received by Friday, April 5, 2013 for consideration
