Note: Conference registration fees cover all sessions, breakfast, lunch, breaks, receptions, and conference documentation. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations and airfare, if needed.
(Pre-conference workshops are all day on Monday, September 14, 2009. There are two concurrent workshops in the morning and two concurrent workshops in the afternoon. With your workshop registration, you may choose on-site one workshop in the morning and one in the afternoon.)
NOTE: You do not need to choose your workshops when you register.
