   Symposium Participant:  Participants who are not Commercial Vendors or Educational Exhibitors.  This includes all oral and poster presenters.
   
   Your registration fee entitles you to all sessions, entrance to the Exhibit area, and related materials.  Meals included with your registration fee begin with lunch and dinner on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, and scheduled refreshment breaks on both days.  Optional meals include dinner on Sunday and breakfast and break on Monday, available at an additional charge.  Click the box below to purchase optional meals.

   Arrive Monday November 14, 2011 for start of Symposium at lunch: $200.00 ($250.00 after September 30, 2011)

2. Educational Exhibitor Details

   Educational Exhibitors: The rate for an Educational Exhibitor is $300.00. ($350.00 after September 30, 2011.)  There is a limit on the number of educational exhibitors at the Symposium.  We must have payment in full to secure your exhibitor space.
   

   Includes:
   

   •  Each education display will receive exhibit space with one 6 ft. table with linens, electricity, and 2 chairs in the exhibit hall. 
   • Groups requesting education display space must have non-profit status.
   • Your registration fee entitles you to all sessions, entrance to the Exhibit area, and related materials.  Meals included with your registration fee begin with lunch and dinner on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, and scheduled refreshment breaks on both days.  Optional meals include dinner on Sunday and breakfast and break on Monday, available at an additional charge.  Click the box below to purchase of optional meals.  
   •  Hotel rooms are reserved directly through the hotel.

   
   

   Not-For-Profit organizations, agencies, and educational institutions are sought for the 2011 Northeast Private Well Water Symposium, November 14 & 15, 2011 in Southbury, Connecticut.

   We expect over 100 participants representing Universities, extension education programs, state and local government, non-profit associations and the private sector.

   Educational exhibitors will receive exposure during the following times:

   • Breaks during day 1 and 2
   • Lunch during day 1 and 2
   • A reception the evening of day 1
   • Breakfast day 2
    
   

3. Commercial Exhibitor Details

   Commercial Vendor. The rate for a commercial vendor is $500.00. ($550.00 after September 30, 2011.)  There is a limit on the number of commercial exhibitors at the Symposium.  We must have payment in full to secure your exhibitor space.

   Commercial, for profit exhibitors representing laboratories, equipment dealers, professional associations and others working in the field of private well water quality are sought to exhibit at the 2011 Northeast Private Well Water Symposium, November 14 & 15, 2011 in Southbury, Connecticut. 

   We expect over 100 participants representing Universities, extension education programs, state and local government, non-profit associations and the private sector.

4. Student Participant Details
   Student Participant:  Participants must be enrolled full-time as either a graduate or undergraduate student.  Student ID is required at time of check in.  A limited number of student registrations at this reduced fee are available.

   Room accommodations are your responsibility and can be made directly with the Heritage Hotel.

   Student Registration fee for full symposium is $100 ($150 after September 30, 2011).
   
   Student Registration fee for one-day symposium is $50 ($65 after September 30, 2011).
