This year’s Masters, ASPM®, Course offers a RARE opportunity to those of you who can take advantage of it.  The Masters Course will be in the same location as our ASP® 2012 IAHSP® Educational Conference.  It will be held on wonderful Whidbey Island in the Seattle, WA area, which is one of the most beautiful places in the world.  The Masters will follow the conference in the same location so that those of you who wish to earn your ASPM® Designation this year can do so right after the ASP® IAHSP® Conference, the ASP® Educational Conference is from October 26^th to the 28^th, and The ASPM® Course will then be from October 30^th to Nov 1^st.  It will be an intense condensed 3 day Masters Course following the conference this year.  The fee for the Masters Course will include the Conference Registration Fee too. This year’s Masters Fee, Including the ASP® Conference, is a value rarely seen.  Take advantage of this rare opportunity so you can attend the conference AND earn your ASPM® Masters Designation at the same time, all during one week’s time.

The ASPM® 2012 Masters Fee for October 30^th to Nov 1^st is $2,295 which includes the ASP® Educational Conference fee as well.

Each of the Below Days are Very Intense, Highly Educational and Hands On With Barb.  There will be Homework Each Evening so that Every Day is the Most Productive Day Possible for You.

Day 1

Your first day with Barb you will prepare a Home Staging bid for a vacant property. After being at the actual house, you will begin to prepare your proposal and begin to put your bid together for the property. Putting your proposal together is a very educational and powerful part of the Masters Course. For, in the next morning you will present your proposal to the class as to how you would Stage the property and present the bid to the client. How you present your proposal is very important for the future business. Barb will critique your presentation and communication in a positive constructive way to help you do the best proposals possible. This hands-on learning experience with Barb will truly give you more ideas of how to prepare and present your bids which will lead to more business for you. On Day One you will learn:

· Home Staging ASPM® communication skills

        *ASPM® Home Staging bids/proposals

        · Preparing an ASPM® Home Staging Proposal for a vacant property

        · Turning your ideas into an ASPM® Home Staging bid for an actual home

Day 2

This Day will begin with your Presentation of your Home Staging bid to Barb and the Class

*You will be receiving Positive Feedback/Critique about your Proposal and Presentation from Barb.   This is such a valuable part of the ASPM® Course in the personal feedback you receive from Barb and always in a positive way.  In the ASP® Course you learn what to do but then you go into the field and do not have the opportunity for feedback on your work, here in the Masters Course it is one of the most valuable benefits of becoming a Master ASPM®.

Then in the afternoon On Day Two you will visit another home with Barb. This home is lived in and occupied. Here you will prepare a Home Staging Consultation!  In the house you will have time to write down your thoughts and ideas. When you return to the classroom, you will begin to prepare your consultation...

Day 3

Presentation of your Home Staging Consultation to Barb and the Class Receiving Positive Feedback/Critique about your Consultation and Presentation from Barb I

In the afternoon Barb, who is one of the most highly rated gifted speakers alive today, will be sharing her speaking tips, ideas, techniques and abilities with you about giving presentations.  As you market yourself and your business, it's important that you give presentations about Home Staging and the services and benefits that ASPM® Staging provides. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow and learn positive speaking techniques and ideas that work! From Barb's 34 years as a professional, award winning speaker, you will come away with ideas galore of how to make and give presentations in RE Offices to build your ASPM® Home Staging business!

        · Who, where, and how to market your business

        · Successful marketing ideas, techniques, and skills

        · Presentation skills

        · Speaking skills, ideas and techniques taught to you by a master speaker, Barb Schwarz

· Impromptu short talks given by those of you who care to do so with Personal and positive critique and feedback live from Barb

        · ASPM® graduation evening cocktails and dinner

Your ASPM® Graduation Dinner!

On the evening of our last day together is your ASPM^® graduation dinner. This is a wonderful evening of celebration of the days you have shared together with Barb and the other ASPM’s^®. It is a time to celebrate you and your accomplishments of the Masters Course. This special evening features a gourmet dinner and graduation ceremonies with Barb. It is a grand way to end this fabulous Course and truly the star of the night is you.

Meals for each day include lunch and dinner as part of the investment of your ASPM Course. Most days are 12 hour days so come prepared to work hard and learn from the true Master Home Staging Instructor, Barb Schwarz.
