Register Now for the 2013 Lakota Summer Institute

• This year's LSI promises to be the best ever, with 24 courses and customized schedules for all types of participants.

• The are many new options this year, with lots of emphasis on Immersion and increasing the Lakota fluency of teachers and non-teachers, as well as new courses on Traditional Lakota Flute, Plains Sign Language, and Neologisms.

• As always, a lot of planning has gone into making your LSI experience as beneficial as possible. Please choose one of the four customized schedule options. If you a New, developing, or veteran teacher, or you just want to increase your Lakota fluency, there is a schedule for you to make this year's LSI as enjoyable and interesting as possible.

1. Schedule A- New Participant-- First Year: $15.00 Details
  
  • If this will be your first year attending LSI, choose this option.
2. Schedule B- Developing 1: $15.00 Details
  
  • If this will be your second, third, or forth year attending LSI, choose this option. This schedule is optimized for active teachers seeking to gain fluency.
3. Schedule C- Developing 2: $15.00 Details
  
  • If this will be your third, forth, or fifth year attending LSI, choose this option. This schedule is optimized for active teachers seeking to gain literacy.
4. Schedule D- Veteran: $15.00 Details
  
  • If this will be your fourth year or more attending LSI, choose this option. This schedule is optimized teachers with high levels of fluency.
5. Standing Rock Sioux Tribe EMPLOYEES Details
  
  If you are a Tribal Employee and are using the 15 hours of Administrative Leave approved by Chairman, Charles W. Murphy on May 24, 2012 please select this option.
6. Other Language Registrant: $15.00
