The 2008 National Conference of State Flex Programs marks the 9th year that individuals representing state offices of rural health, hospitals, EMS, and other rural health-related organizations have convened to share information about the Rural Hospital Flexibility Program and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs). This conference is a collaboration of the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy and the Rural Health Resource Center’s Technical Assistance and Services Center. We look forward to your attendance at what is sure to be an informative and enjoyable conference.

State Quality Improvement Organization representatives
Conference Objectives:

Provide education in the areas of quality and performance improvement, HIT, leadership, network development, EMS integration, hospital operations, and other state flex program initiatives;

Allow State Flex Programs to share their experiences and successful programs;

Provide an opportunity for attendees to network with their peers; and
-
Strengthen the capacity of State Flex Programs and their partners to preserve access to quality healthcare in rural America.
