If
you are unable to finalize your plans or payment by September 2, 2008,
you may still register at the on-site registration desk which will be
open during conference hours in the Tang Center. On-site registrations will be accepted on a space available basis.

Conference Registration Fees
Early
registration fees are valid only for
registrations which are paid in full on or before August 1, 2008. The
higher registration fees will apply to any payment received after that
date, regardless of when registration was submitted. All online
registrations must be paid in full on or before September 2, 2008.
Space cannot be guaranteed for any online registration that is not paid
in full by this date.

*A
current valid identification card must be presented on-site at the
conference. If a valid ID is not presented, you will be required to pay
the Standard Participant fee.
**RAID Guest Tickets allow your
guest to attend the Boston Duck Tour and dinner at the Top of the Hub
restaurant on Tuesday, September 16. A $20 cancellation fee will be
deducted from your refund if you cancel this ticket on or before
September 2. No refunds will be granted after that date.
What's Included
RAID registration includes a joint
VizSEC/RAID catered poster session on Monday evening; admission to all
technical sessions; Tuesday and Wednesday morning panel discussions;
all coffee breaks; a Duck Tour and dinner at the Top of the Hub
restaurant on Tuesday eveningx, September 16; and conference proceedings.
VizSEC
registration includes the workshop on Monday, September 15;
proceedings; lunch at the MIT Faculty Club; coffee breaks; and a joint
VizSEC/RAID catered poster session on Monday evening, September 15.
xPlease
note, the limited number of available subsidized student banquet
tickets has been distributed, and banquet tickets are no longer
available.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds: Requests
for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made online
until September 2, 2008. To cancel or make a change after that date,
please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu.
Refunds
for registration cancellations received in writing on or before
September 2, 2008
will be granted less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted
after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the
registration not being used. Cancelled guest tickets will be refunded less a $20
processing fee through September 2; no refunds for cancelled guest
tickets will be issued after that date. All refunds will be made in US
dollars
and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was
submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the
organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made
via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
