Refund/Cancellation Policy: The registration fee, less $5, will be refunded if you cancel by September 4, 2007. After that time, no refunds will be made for cancellation. Cancellation requests must be mailed, faxed or emailed by September 4, 2007. Cancellation requests may be subject to a service charge. Cancellations after the deadline date or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee. No partial refunds for functions not attended. Please note: Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Partial or full fees that have been forfeited will not be applied to subsequent events.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions will be allowed at any time, please contact Cathy Blood at 509-335-2845 or email to: blood@wsu.edu.

Payments: All registration fees must be paid in US Dollars. Make checks payable to Washington State University. VISA/MasterCard are also accepted. Checks and credit card information will be accepted at the door. Cash payments in correct amount only.

No PO Payments: WSU ECES - Meetings and Events no longer accepts purchase orders, however, you may use the check payment option, print an invoice and give it to your finance department to process against your PO#. They will mail a check to us.

WSU Employees paying with an IRI use COST CENTER option and provide the Budget and Project numbers.
