Pathable offers intuitive social networking tools as a separate service to RegOnline customers. An API integration has been built to pass attendee data to Pathable. They will get notified and prompted to visit the Pathable community set up for their event and participate.

How does Pathable obtain the attendee data?
Basic information (first name, last name, title, company, city, region, email) is sent to pathable upon registration via RegOnline. This data is automatically updated every 10 minutes with the RegOnline system serving as the primary source.

How does Pathable obtain the sessions and schedule?
A one-time import is performed (.csv) to start, then all ongoing maintenance is performed via the easy-to-use Pathable management interface. All schedule changes and updates are quick and easy to do.

Can I use other ActiveEvents onsite services in conjunction with Pathable?
Yes, you can utilize our onsite tools for badging, materials management, etc. in conjunction with the Pathable implementation.

How quickly can it be up and running?
Depending on the complexity of your Web site branding, it can be up and running within 2-4 business days. You will be assigned an ActiveEvents project manager who will perform the implementation and train you on how to utilize the application.
