Support Tip: Hiding Fees of Registrant Types
Did you know that you can hide the fees of your registrant types if you don’t want them to be visible to registrants?
It's true! You have the option to display your registration types as multiple choice radio buttons or as a multiple choice drop down list. If you choose radio buttons, the system displays the fee for each registrant type; if you choose the drop down option, the fees are not shown.
This can be useful if you have two or more registrant types. For example, if you have a "Member" registrant fee that is lower than a "Non-Member" fee, you can hide the amount to avoid confusion and minimize complaints.
