Support Tip: Creating Directories for Your Event

Did you know that you can create a directory to allow people to view who has registered for your event. This directory can be put on the Event Website, Confirmation Page, and also can be smart linked or exported. There are 2 ways to create the directories:

1) Unlocked/Public Directory –Anyone who clicks on the link to view this directory will see the list of registrants. No matter what fields you put in this directory, no personal information will be shown when someone clicks on the link from the Event Website or Confirmation Page.

2) Locked Directory – You can set security on a directory. This directory can be visible on the Event Website or Confirmation page but in order to view the information you must ‘log in’ to the directory with the Email address and password that was used to register for the event.
